We are proud to announce our inclusion in the Advice for Small Businesses Programme, run by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (‘’EBRD’’). The Programme aims at helping small and medium-sized businesses grow with a view to becoming genuine catalysts for their local economies and ultimately their region.
As part of this Programme our company received advisory support from Kantor Managements Consultants S.A. as well as prominent members of EBRD in Greece, who shared their experience with our management team and together created a business plan in order to help our company develop a credible strategy for growth.
The project was led by Angela Sofou, Managing Director, supported by Angelos Meidanis, Imports Manager, and Panagiotis Tomaras, Technical Manager. Ms Sofou commented: ‘‘We are delighted to have been selected by the Bank and to have had the opportunity to collaborate with EBRD and Kantor Management Consultants on this important initiative. We strongly believe that our participation in this Programme will help us towards the achievement of our short and long-term goals.’’
The Principal Manager for the Advice for Small Businesses Programme at EBRD, Dimitra Papandreou mentioned: “We are very glad that our first project was completed with success and that we assisted Meidanis – Sofos Elastika SA to prepare a viable plan to grow further, supporting in this way a promising SME and consequently the Greek economy.”
